We firmly believe in accountability and commitment and believe all our clients will achieve their goals with our coaching help and their self-discipline but we understand you may not always be able to commit to the full term due to unforeseen circumstances. Therefore, we offer a pro-rata refund for unused sessions or pre-payment less an administration fee of $90 AUD after 14 days if you decide not to proceed.

Third Party Payments

Please be aware that as we have engaged third party service providers who have provided services for you, we are unable to provide a refund for their services that may have been already engaged. (i.e. functional medicine labs and supplements).

Whilst we abide by Australian Consumer Law in relation to our services and refunds, any refund at any time is at our sole discretion.
