Everyone knows that before we can plant our seed, we first need to prepare our soil and it’s the same process with our own bodies.
In gardening terms, we need to clear the weeds and contaminants from the soil and then rejuvenate it with beneficial nutrients. We need to provide our seed with the right conditions to grow. We need to give our soil and our body a reset!
Resetting and rebalancing our bodies need not be complicated. Once we know the right exercise, nutrition and lifestyle factors to tweek and implement, then the seed we plant can start to develop.

Our gardener is our liver and our body is our soil. The 7 Day Detox
Reset and purify your body with a fresh start! The 7 Day Detox is like clearing hair that has clogged up the drain so the water can run freely again!
Our 7 day functional medicine detox runs seasonally. Our next one will be starting on the 1st of October 2022.
So why should you do a detox?
Well, your body accumulates a lot of toxins over time from household cleaning products to personal care products and cosmetics. You come in contact with more toxins before you leave the house than you can count. When you add in environmental pollutants, chemicals from food and day-to-day stress, it’s no wonder you can feel powerless to take back your health.
